  1. Where can I drop off rent?
    1. Rent can be dropped off at the CHCURC office at 6107 Hamilton Avenue  
  2. What do I do if I need maintenance at my unit?
    1. There is a link to a google form to request maintenance on the CHCURC website titled “MAINTENANCE REQUEST” 
    2. You can also call the office at 513-681-1551 with any questions about the maintenance request form
  3. Do you increase rent/how often?
    1. rent increases every year by 4% 
  4. What happens if I want to resign my lease?
    1. You can come into the CHCURC office and ask to resign your lease.
  5. What happens if I can’t pay rent on time?
    1. A late fee of $50 applies after the 5th of each month, between the 1st-5th there is no penalty.
  6. Can maintenance and staff enter my home when I am not there?
    1. Only if the resident is contacted within 24 hours, or in the event of an emergency.
  7. Do I need renters insurance?
    1. Yes
  8. When do I have to give a notice to vacate?
    1. 30 days
  9. What are the office hours?
    1. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 9-5pm 
  10. How will I receive my security deposit when I move out?
    1. Paid out within 30 days after the tenant moves out by check. Also depends on the condition of the unit.
  11. What happens if I see a safety issue on the property involving other tenants? What should I do?
    1. Call the CHCURC office at 513-681-1551, call 911 for an emergency 
  12. Can I pay my rent electronically?
    1. Yes, come into the office to get set up for electronic payments.
  13. What maintenance is my responsibility, what is yours?
    1. Any damage caused by the tenant is your responsibility, all other things addressed by CHCURC.
  14. What constitutes a maintenance emergency?
    1. Gas leak, flooding, fire, etc.
  15. What should I do if there is a maintenance emergency after office hours?
    1. Call 911

    1. No
  17. How much is a late fee for rent and when is that applied?
    1. A late fee of $50 applies after the 5th of each month.
