- rent increases every year by 4%
- What happens if I want to resign my lease?
- You can come into the CHCURC office and ask to resign your lease.
- What happens if I can’t pay rent on time?
- A late fee of $50 applies after the 5th of each month, between the 1st-5th there is no penalty.
- Can maintenance and staff enter my home when I am not there?
- Only if the resident is contacted within 24 hours, or in the event of an emergency.

- Yes
- When do I have to give a notice to vacate?
- 30 days
- What are the office hours?
- Office hours are Monday-Friday from 9-5pm
- How will I receive my security deposit when I move out?
- Paid out within 30 days after the tenant moves out by check. Also depends on the condition of the unit.

- Call the CHCURC office at 513-681-1551, call 911 for an emergency
- Can I pay my rent electronically?
- Yes, come into the office to get set up for electronic payments.
- What maintenance is my responsibility, what is yours?
- Any damage caused by the tenant is your responsibility, all other things addressed by CHCURC.
- What constitutes a maintenance emergency?
- Gas leak, flooding, fire, etc.
- What should I do if there is a maintenance emergency after office hours?
- Call 911
