Thank you for expressing interest in renting a CHCURC parking lot space for an event or hosting your own event at the Patrick Wolterman Memorial Park located at 5923 Hamilton Avenue. Please fill out this application at least 60 days prior to your event. College Hill CURC will then notify you about the feasibility of your application and work with you to establish the best plan of action to successfully complete your event.
Park rentals fees:
$50 per hour, this is to include set up, break down, and removal time.
A $200 security deposit will be returned if the park is clean and without damages. This deposit will be collected one week prior to the event and will be returned one week following the event (pending no charges). Any leftover equipment, trash, or damage to the property may result in the loss of your security deposit.
