COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) - A local community found a way to let residents enjoy a night at movies, while safely social distancing.

The College Hill Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation is sponsoring "The Hollywood Drive-In Theater" over Memorial Day weekend.

Each night, starting Friday, May 22, the parking lot behind the historic Hollywood Theater will be turned into a drive-in, with the back wall transforming into a giant screen.

The films play from 9:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The schedule is:

  • Saturday: The Greatest Showman
  • Sunday: Hidden Figures
  • Monday: Night at the Museum

Local restaurants are offering free delivery to your car, but patrons will still have to pay for the food.

Viewers can order food from an area restaurant and have it delivered to their car.

Space is limited, but you can reserve a spot on their website.
