Streetscape Improvement
Up and down Hamilton Avenue, work has commenced on a variety of streetscape projects that will improve the appearance and walkability of the College Hill Business District. Stay tuned for updates on the progress that’s been made so far.
Planters & Planter Benches
Nearly 30 planters/bench planters have been installed along the Avenue. This beautiful seating can be enjoyed throughout the entire business district.

Raised Planters Outside of Ruth Helen
Construction of two raised planters and planting has been completed outside of Ruth Helen. These planters not only provide beautification for our neighborhood, but also seating for residents to relax and enjoy the neighborhood.

Shade Structure at Patrick’s Park
Construction is underway at Patrick’s Park! There will soon be a large shade structure at Patrick’s Park to enjoy the wonderful outside seating in the heart of our business district. Construction is set to be completed within the following weeks.
