Daily Mart Mural
We’re excited to unveil the brand new mural on the side of the Daily Mart (5804 Hamilton Ave) marking a bold, colorful welcome at the southern gateway to the College Hill Business District.
This mural was made possible by funding from the City of Cincinnati and the talented artists Anissa Pulcheon, Jayne Kennedy, and Ellie Wallace.

Keeping The Avenue Clean
Keeping the Avenue Clean: Our Landscape team keeps the Avenue clean on a daily basis, from picking up trash, mowing, leaf blowing, and more.
Landscaping Efforts
Landscaping efforts performed by our incredible College Hill CURC Landscaping Team, including Patrick’s Park, the Corner of Hamilton and Elkton, the basket’s in the Alleyway, flower pots/planters throughout the Avenue, East and West Parking lots; and more.

Hollywood Apartments
Since its acquisition in October 2021, we completely renovated the courtyard and upgraded units with new paint, new appliances, new AC units, and new flooring. We repainted the common areas and added new flooring; we power-washed the building and did tuck-pointing. Our landscape team is continuously maintaining the courtyard and Hollywood Apartments.
Patrick’s Park
In 2022, we installed flower baskets on the light poles at Patrick’s Park and the alleyway between El Camino Baking Co. (5915 Hamilton Ave) and Tortilleria Garcia (5917 Hamilton Ave), as well as adding shading in the park and seating in the alleyway.
Corner of Elkton Place & Hamilton Avenue
In 2022, we added more landscaping and greenery at the corner of Elkton & Hamilton Ave in partnership with Keep Cincinnati Beautiful and coordinated with DOTE (The City of Cincinnati Department of Transportation and Engineering) to paint a new crosswalk at the corner and added a new bench at the bus stop.

Crosswalk Murals
Paint the Streets, part of Vision Zero Cincinnati, has been completed at five crosswalks in College Hill. Five curb extensions got painted with beautiful murals by Jamey Ponte, local artist. The added murals help improve pedestrian safety along Hamilton Avenue, while adding art throughout our vibrant business district.
